Adult use (21+)
Adults 21+ may possess up to 2.5 ounces of plant material and up to 15 grams of extract, subject to current statute. Under 21 is not legal for adult-use.
Home grow
Adults 21+ may grow at a primary residence within the plant caps in statute (commonly described as 6 plants per adult, 12 per residence), in a secure enclosed area. Selling homegrown without a license is not legal.
Medical
The medical program still exists. A Certificate to Recommend from an Ohio physician is required. Medical purchases are treated differently for the 10% adult-use excise tax. This site does not issue cards.
